This leadership ensures that intermediary programs, such as VISTA, are effectively coordinated, adhering to federal guidelines and standards.
Intermediary Leaders provide essential support and guidance to both members and host sites, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances the impact of service projects. By bridging communication gaps and addressing challenges as they arise, they are pivotal in advancing the mission of national service to strengthen communities and address critical societal needs. The primary intermediary leadship roles for the VISTA program are the Principal Investigator, Intermediary Supervisor, and Program Coordinator.
