BMC's Center for Voice and Swallowing brings together a team of experts in voice and swallowing disorders, including voice therapists, laryngologists, and speech-language pathologists. We offer a wide array of diagnostic and treatment options for these disorders, many of which are easily treatable.

Voice and Swallowing Research
The Center for Voice and Swallowing conducts interdisciplinary research, including collaborative work with the STEPP Lab for Sensorimotor Rehabilitation Engineering at the Boston University College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences (Sargent College). Research with the STEPP Lab focuses on improving the assessment and treatment of sensorimotor disorders of voice and speech, applying techniques from electrical engineering, computer science, rehabilitation engineering, neuroscience, laryngology, speech science, and communication disorders.
