About

Genevieve (Gen) Guyol MD, MAT received her undergraduate degree in History and Spanish from Middlebury College and her doctorate from Boston University Avedisian & Chobanian School of Medicine. Between college and medical school, she taught early elementary special education on the South Side of Chicago as a Teach for America corps member. She earned a Masters in Teaching Special Education from National Louis University. She completed her pediatrics residency in the Leadership in Equity and Advocacy Track (formerly Urban Health and Advocacy Track) of the Boston Combined Residency Program at Boston Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital. She completed a clinical fellowship in neonatology at the Harvard Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Training Program and a research fellowship in Pediatric Health Services Research at Boston Medical Center.
