Our Vision
We envision midwifery care that is empowering, respectful, and tailored to each birthing person and their family—delivered through a lens of racial and social justice.
Our Mission
We strive to promote optimal health outcomes and empower positive birthing experiences for pregnant people and their babies. We provide respectful, personalized, and evidence-based care in a safe, welcoming, and culturally sensitive environment.
Our midwives come from diverse backgrounds and reflect the communities we serve. Through innovative care models, we meet the holistic needs of our patients and contribute to research on best practices for pregnant people and families.
We are committed to educating the next generation of perinatal providers, preparing them to support the physiology of birth and practice person-centered care.
Our work is guided by the core values of excellence, compassion, community, and racial and social justice. We are aligned with our department's commitment to equity and believe that communities are experts in their own health. Grounded in these shared values, our midwifery practice is compassionate, culturally responsive, and dedicated to clinical excellence.
