About

Cara H. Fuchs, PhD, MPH, is a psychologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC), where she directs the Integrated Behavioral Health Program, and Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

Dr. Fuchs’ work has focused on identifying ways to enhance the delivery of integrated behavioral health services in primary care. She teaches about the IBH model of care and cultural responsiveness in medical settings. Before coming to Boston Medical Center, she worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
